Founder Andrew Watts (CMIOSH) has achieved success with a number of companies in print, packaging, manufacturing and a variety of other industries. This success includes the progressive increase of turnover from £5 to £30 million across three sites, alongside an improvement in operational efficiencies by 35% through a combination of HR, Health and Safety and local site business agreements.

Andy is a full member of IOSH, Institute of Safety and Health and currently working towards CFIOSH status and as a company, we have had full time experience across 9001, 14001, 12647-2,  keeping up to date with current health and safety legislation. Coupled with historical multi-site management across European plants of 100+ employees we are no strangers to a challenge or diversity.
